I'd recommend Baylis Gloucester to a friend because the purchase was problems fee & very promptly

I would not recommend Baylis Gloucester because since buying the MG HS Exclusive within 3 days I have had 2 red warning lights come up for the battery and the oil and a rectangular amber light come up which I took live pictures off and sent them in to staff. I phoned this in and the car was taken away with a curtesy car given in its place while it was looked at. I decided as I only had the car a week I would ask for a refund and I was told I had to email Neil Moon the general manager which I did, I was contacted by the general manager by phone who said no faults could be found and I had no grounds for a refund. As my request was rejected I excepted the fact that I had no choice but to get the reassurance that if the same warning lights came back on he would not charge me a diagnostic fee for 4 months. One day after receiving the car back I have now had the engine warning light come up come on dashboard as well the the warning light which again I have taken pictures and a video recording off. This is extremely stressful and I really feel a refund is not out of the question here.

I'd definitely recommend Baylis Gloucester to friends and family because they explained every step of the process and delivered everything as agreed.

My experience at Baylis Gloucester was memorable because Simon was an amazing sales person. Highly recommended him and will seek him out soon when my parents plan to change their car.
