My experience at Baylis Gloucester was cracking because the staff! Ryan sold me a car and he was amazing.
When i picked up my car i was greeted by a lady, i think her name was Chloe. What a lovely young lady! Bubbly and smiley! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer greeting after getting a car! She definitely heightened the customer experience

My experience at Baylis Gloucester could have been better because they didn't fill my car up with fuel despite charging me £30 for fuel. I rang the garage and they never got back to me. I had to wait for 2 wheels to be replaced causing me to have to delay picking the car up by a day. I also asked on several occasions about the drive belt and was lied to repeatedly being told it was a chain and that they had checked with technicians it was a chain. I got my car home checked the service book and it has a drive belt, which they said they would have had to change before selling the car and I'm now going to have to get it changed at my expense! The 2 new wheels were also fitted on different axles of the car. I will think twice before buying a car from here in the future.
